What Each Quarterly Visit Includes

• Inspect filters, replace as needed (filters provided by client)
• Check temperature differentials and all operating pressures
• Inspect all electrical contacts and wiring for visible wear
• Check voltage and lubricate bearings as necessary
• Inspect belts, sheaves, controls, and rotation
• Inspect air intake/exhaust and drain/drip pans
• Visually inspect refrigerant lines and coils for leaks
• Clear condensate drain lines
• Provide written service report on all findings
